LOVING YOUR LIMITS
The exercises I’m showing you here are a frame for what you could achieve by practicing a regular routine for health maintenance. You might not be able to do the exercise as shown here, and this is OK, because that is not the point on the exercises. The point of most of them is to stretch, clean, help relax, and renew certain parts of your body (muscles, organs, lymphatic system, improve digestion, breathing, etc) helping also to regain mental clarity and emotional balance.
A rule for my yoga classes too: you need to work in the level you are in the present moment, achieve and work with your limits, loving your limits. Overtime you will see your limits are moving and you can do more. The only point here is to be willing to learn and be a beginner, always. With the right ideas and the right attitudes, you can stretch your limits, you can renew yourself. Your limits are opportunities to renew yourself: Love your limits!
- These exercises below belong to a series of exercises for back pain, useful to improve digestion, aids on the drainage of the lymphatic system and regulate breathing.
